Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov: Control over situation in circulation of alcohol and spirit content products are to be tough enough

Session of council on control over situation in circulation of alcohol and spirit content products in RT has been held today by RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov in House of RT government.

The session was attended by Secretary of RT Security council Valery Vlasov, Head of Ministry of interiors on RT Asgat Safarov, Chairman of Council of municipal formations - Head of Cheremshan municipal region Minsagit Shakirov, Head of State alcohol inspection Igor Marchenko, Head of Department of Federal service for supervision in the sphere of protection of consumers’ rights and human well-being on RT Viktor Morozov and others.

Opening the event, Ildar Khalikov stressed that first of all control for quality of alcohol output produced and realized via distribution networks should be provided. “Control over situation in circulation of alcohol and spirit content products should be tough”, - he said.

Secretary of the council - Deputy Minister of economy Airat Shamsiev reported on work carried out in 2010.

Head of State alcohol inspection Igor Marchenko told about time limits for realization of alcohol production containing 15 % of ethanol on the territory of Tatarstan. By his words, actions and measures to facilitate reveal of breaches in realization of alcohol production have already been debated together with officials of RT Prosecutor’ office and Federal service for supervision in the sphere of protection of consumers’ rights and human well-being on RT. Fines for breaches implemented by officials will make 3-4 thousand roubles and 30-40 thousand roubles for legal persons.
Head of Ministry of interiors on RT Asgat Safarov told about actions on revealing illegal sales of alcohol production.

Deputy Minister of industry and trade Oleg Vlasov told about measures on supporting local producers of alcohol production.
