Tatarstan President hands over awards and new cars to employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

On September 14, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Minister of Internal Affairs Artem Khokhorin handed over keys from 50 new cars to police officers, employees of Patrol-Guard Service and dispatch centers of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Tatarstan President noted that ensuring public safety and protection of citizens to a large extent depends on the level of maintenance support and modern innovative technologies.

Artem Khokhorin thanked Rustam Minnikhanov for support in updating the police vehicle fleet.

The provision of the police vehicle fleet now makes 96 per cent.

Rustam Minnikhanov and Artem Khokhorin handed over state awards to employees of law enforcement bodies and municipal officials, who showed courage fulfilling their duties and achieved high results in their work.
