Rustam Minnikhanov at elections for the State Duma of the Russian Federation: people feel their involvement in development of the republic

On September 18, at the voting station №42 at Tupolev Kazan national research technical university, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and his wife voted at elections for the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Rustam Minnikhanov received a bracelet “I voted!” that gives all voters the right to use public transport for free and visit festive events near Kazan-Arena stadium.

Talking to journalists, Rustam Minnikhanov said that big preparatory work was carried out to provide high voter turnout in the republic.

“People feel their involvement in development of the republic. Moreover, we are choosing the team that will work in Moscow and presents interests of Tatarstan in the lower chamber of the parliament. It is very important,” Tatarstan President said.
