RT President Rustam Minnikhanov visits a number of objects in Ufa

RT President Rustam Minnikhanov is today in Bashkortostan with working visit. Official delegation of Tatarstan consists of heads of ministries, representatives of culture and business. Head of Tatarstan is accompanied by President of Bashkortostan Republic Rustem Khamitov.
The first point of working trip was sports and fitness complex “Biathlon”. This modern complex is equipped with all necessary facilities for holding competitions at global level.
Heads of Bashkortostan and Tatarstan visited presidential New Year Tree party in palace of culture “Neftyanik”. Distinguished guests presented their gifts, - Rustem Khamitov presented minibus “Fiat Ducato” produced in Elabuga to Ufa special residential school №13 and Rustam Minnikhanov presented the same bus to orphan home №1 of Ufa city.
Guests also visited JSC “Ufa motorbuilding production association” and saw production of jet engines for combat aircrafts “Su-27”.
Later on, Tatarstan delegation went to House of Republican Government.

On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.

On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
On May 14, Prime Minister of Tajikistan Kokhir Rasulzoda, who arrived on a working visit in Kazan to take part in the events of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, was met by Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and other officials at the Kazan International Airport.

On 9 May Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a ceremony of laying flowers to the monument “The victorious soldier” dedicated to the celebrations of the Day of Victory in the Great Patriotic War (WW II) 1941-1945 and held at Arsk cemetery in Kazan.
