Rustam Minnikhanov speaks at panel discussions at “Sochi-2016” forum

On September 30, during Sochi international investment forum, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov put forward a few proposals.

At the panel discussion “A new model for heating markets” Rustam Minnikhanov shared the experience of implementing the programme of energy saving and increasing energy efficiency for 2014-2020 implemented in the republic. He informed that the effectiveness of such approach is seen in Naberezhnye Chelny, where all buildings are provided with automated heating stations.

However, he noted, the automated individual heating stations require reconstruction of house heating systems, and federal financial support.

At the panel discussion “Developing the Territories: Modern Approaches to the Human Environment” Tatarstan President told about the regional programme “Parks and squares” and development of water conservation areas. He noted that the systemic approach to development of public spaces allows achieving high results.

Minnikhanov invited everyone to the international urban environment design forum “Environment for life: new standards of construction and development” that will be held at Innopolis (Tatarstan) on October 20-21.
