Tatarstan President requires from leadership of Zelenodolsk region and State Housing Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan to apologize to citizens of the region on behalf of Tatarstan President

On October 3, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov required from the Head of Zelenodolsk region Aleksandr Tygin and CEO of the State Housing Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Talgat Abdullin to commission the apartment house in Zelenodolsk in the shortest possible time.

The house was officially settled with participation of Rustam Minnikhanov on September 5. Later on it turned out that the State Housing Fund did not have the whole package of documents and the keys were given to tenants only to see the flats.

Rustam Minnikhanov severely criticized actions of leadership of the region and the State Housing Fund, required to prepare all the documents, rectify defects, hand in keys to the citizens, and apologize on behalf of Tatarstan President.

Capital overhaul of 839 multi-apartment houses completed in Tatarstan with 40 houses still being under repairs

On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.

On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
