The number of accidents in construction sphere decreased as compared to the same period of the previous year
On October 8, at a regional meeting at Tatarstan Government House, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Aleksey Frolov informed that in the current year the number of accidents in construction sphere decreased as compared to the same period of the previous year.
According to Frolov, State Construction Supervision and Inspection Service and Labour Inspection have carried out 861 inspections and passed 404 resolutions with fines for 15 mln and 585 thousand roubles. A self-regulated organization “Association of builders of the Republic of Tatarstan” conducted inspections at 626 organizations.
Frolov continued that major repair works have finished in 690 houses, and it is planned to repair 95 secondary schools in 2016. Heating systems were switched on at houses and state-financed organizations on September 13. As of October 7, 3208 boiler stations started working.
