Concert of masters of art of the Republic of Tatarstan in Turkmenistan sold out

On October 10, upon arrival at Ashgabat airport in Turkmenistan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov went to the House of music (National and cultural center of Turkmenistan) to see the concert of masters of art of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting of creative intelligentsia of Tatarstan and Turkmenistan, the exhibition of folk arts and crafts of the Republic of Tatarstan, the photo exhibition “Modern Tatarstan” and the exhibition of contemporary art were held at the National and cultural center in the afternoon.

Before the concert Rustam Minnikhanov looked around the complex and the exhibition of folk arts and crafts. He then congratulated the audience on the 25th anniversary of the Independence, conveyed the warmest wishes from Tatarstan citizens and officially opened the Days of the Republic of Tatarstan in Turkmenistan.

Minnikhanov expressed his confidence that the concert would become another liaison between the brotherly peoples and would facilitate    strengthening of friendship and cooperation between Russia and Turkmenistan.
