Ildar Khalikov takes part in solemn opening of the first phase of Zalesny City residential complex
On October 11, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in a solemn opening of the first phase of the residential complex "Zalesny City".
The total area of the complex is more than 40 hectares. The first phase consists of five houses, the first three of which have already been put into commission under the affordable housing programme. Director General of the Suvar Development (a builder and general contractor of the complex) Andrey Mochalov, who took part in the event, assured that houses meet "comfort class" standards.
There are playgrounds, fitness equipment, and a tennis court on its territory. A six-storey car park will be built in the near future.
The Suvar Development will begin the construction of the next six houses later this year.
Khalikov congratulated new tenants of the residential complex on this event.
