Complaints regarding quality of communication in RT can be sent via interactive service

Citizens of Tatarstan Republic may send complaints regarding quality of mobile and radio telephone communication, cable and air television broadcasting and also access to Internet via interactive service. Internet service for sending complaints is available on site of RT Ministry of info and communications. This has been announced today at briefing in RT Cabinet by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov.
He also informed that from January,24 a month's campaign for improving quality of communication services is announced in republic. Within the limits of this campaign set of measures aimed at improvement of quality of services will be implemented, hotlines of service providers and TV broadcasting will be functioning, “Surely, we’ll continue working in this area after finishing this campaign”, - Nikolai Nikiforov said.
Fulfillment of quality requirements by service providers is a compulsory condition for work on the territory of Tatarstan Republic.
Presenting new service, the Minister noted that it was created to be very easy and convenient for users. To send a complaint a user should enter the site of Ministry digital.tatarstan.ru/micmap.htm and choose a place on interactive map where he or she faced a challenge regarding communication quality. After that please click on link “Put a mark and send a complaint”, put a mark on map and fill in the questionnaire.
Nikolai Nikiforov asked citizens of republic to be active and said that all their messages would be analyzed and worked out by service providers. Three institutions will work with them: Russian communication supervision service on RT, Antimonopoly service on RT and Prosecutor’s office.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
On May 14, Prime Minister of Tajikistan Kokhir Rasulzoda, who arrived on a working visit in Kazan to take part in the events of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, was met by Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and other officials at the Kazan International Airport.
On 9 May Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a ceremony of laying flowers to the monument “The victorious soldier” dedicated to the celebrations of the Day of Victory in the Great Patriotic War (WW II) 1941-1945 and held at Arsk cemetery in Kazan.
