Tatarstan President holds business meetings with management of Chinese companies in Shanghai

On November,1 during his one-day working visit to Shanghai, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met management of some Chinese companies.

Welcoming Chinese businessmen, Minnikhanov said that the Tatarstan delegation took part in the 18th the 18h China international furniture fair СIIF-2016.

“You represent various business areas, including pharmaceuticals and health-care, oil chemistry and industrial equipment, innovative educational technologies. All these areas are of interest to Tatarstan,” Minnikhanov said.

At his meeting with management of Beijing Fornurse Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., which has produced medical equipment and materials since 1983, Minnikhanov suggested organizing production facilities in Tatarstan.

At his talks with executives of China Outong Group, which specializes in the manufacturing of valves, Tatarstan President offered them to look into the matter of establishing mutually beneficial cooperation with Tatneft Oil Company. The company's products are widely used in oil, chemical, metallurgic, power and other sectors of industry.

Also, Minnikhanov had a meeting with Yalong Educational Equipment Join-Stock Co., Ltd., which is focused on developing technological innovation in the sphere of vocational education and engineering education, represents more than ten thousand colleges, universities, vocational colleges, industry, corporate training centers, trains teachers. The company is one of the leaders in technological and educational equipment in China. Minnikhanov invited the company's representatives to visit Tatarstan to discuss possibilities of cooperation with Innopolis Special Economic Zone.
