Rustam Minnikhanov: Tatarstan is interested in development of business contacts with Cambodian businessmen

On November 2, at a roundtable with the participation of Tatarstan and Cambodian businessmen, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan is interested in the development of business contacts with Cambodia.

Vice-premier of Tatarstan – Minister of Industry and Trade Albert Karimov told about trade and industrial potential of the republic.

Representatives of Cambodian Chamber of Commerce informed that the current economic policy of the country is aimed at promotion of business, development of foreign trade ties, and attraction of foreign capital. They added that different tax benefits create comfortable conditions for companies willing to localize their production in Cambodia.

Leadership of Cambodian Chamber of Commerce, in their turn, said that textile production is a rapidly developing industry in the country. The main customers of the products are USA and Europe.

Rustam Minnikhanov thanked organizers of the meeting for the given information and invited businessmen to Tatarstan.
