Rustam Minnikhanov meets Prime Minister of Cambodia Hun Sen

On November 2, during his working visit to Phnom Penh, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met Prime Minister of Cambodia Hun Sen.
At the meeting they discussed further systematic development of cooperation between Tatarstan and the Kingdom of Cambodia, in particular, in such areas as petrochemical industry, machine-building, construction, high technologies, tourism and culture.
The meeting was mainly focused on the issue of increasing the volume of foreign trade turnover between Tatarstan and Cambodia, which is still low (53,800 US dollars in the first half of 2016).
Hun Sen said that he is sure that the current visit of Tatarstan delegation to Phnom Penh will foster developing cooperation and move trade economic ties to a deeper level.

On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.
On 20 December, in his address on the occasion of the Russian Security Bodies Officers Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated employees and old stagers of the service with their professional holiday and wrote: “
Throughout the history of our state, security agencies have stood guard over national interests of Russia and protected the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country. Your high professionalism, courage and dedication to duty are a reliable shield against external and internal threats.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.

On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
