Prime Minister of Tatarstan Republic met with Kyrgyzstan delegation

On February,7 RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov held meeting with delegation of Kyrgyzstan Republic which stayed in Tatarstan with official visit.
The event was also attended by RT Deputy Prime Minister Ravil Muratov, Director of Department of external relations under RT President – Aide to RT President on international issues Timur Akulov, RT Minister of education and science Albert Gilmutdinov, RT Minister of economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, RT Minister of labor, employment and social protection Airat Shafigullin, Head of Department of higher, secondary professional education and science under RT Cabinet office Marina Fairushina, rector of KGTU Sergey Diakonov, Director of Kazan branch of Russian state trade-economic university Andrey Artemiev.
“We are pleased to receive such representative delegation of Kyrgyzstan Republic by few reasons, - firstly, our nations have friendly relations, - Head of the Government said opening the meeting. - Tatarstan is realizing many innovations in educational sector: the strategy of education development in RT which has many components has been accepted and is being realized”.
“We set rather ambitious tasks in many spheres. One of them are seriously developing is “electronic school” and “electronic education”,- Ildar Khalikov added.
By his words, out of 37 000 teachers 24 000 are already provided with personal laptops.
“This meeting is also important for us because we find ourselves in special historical period of higher education development. Serious changes happened last academic year in RT: Kazan federal university was founded on the basis of Kazan State University; two Tatarstan universities –Kazan aviation institute and Kazan chemical-technological institute gained status of national research universities. Tatarstan has become the only region in RF which acquired a right for realization of three projects in the sphere of higher education”, - Prime Minister stressed.
Ildar Khalikov informed likewise that since 2006 program of RT Government scholarships for training, retraining and internship of staff in Russian and abroad educational organizations has been realized in republic. 500 mln. roubles have been invested into implementation of this project.
Minister of education and science of Kyrgyzstan Republic Kanat Sadykov thanked Prime Minister Tatarstan for reception on behalf of members of delegation.
By words of Kanat Sadykov, Kyrgyzstan is interested in cooperation with Kazan chemical-technological institute.
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects. We all remember with gratitude the outstanding philanthropists – the Akchurin brothers, the Alafuzovs, and the Ushkovs, whose good deeds and generous donations contributed to the development of culture, education, and healthcare in our republic. The glorious traditions are continued by modern philanthropists and patrons of Tatarstan.
On 12 April in his address to residents of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated them with the Space Exploration Day and said: “April 12, 1961 has forever been inscribed into the world history as the day of triumph of the Soviet science and engineering thought. The flight of Yuriy Gagarin opened the way to the stars for the humankind and demonstrated to the whole world the might of our country.
On 4 April , speaking at a closing ceremony of the XX Russian Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian Venture Forum has confirmed its status of the point of attraction of technological development leaders.
The Forum created a unified scientific, technological and investment space where scientific ideas are transformed into competitive products, and startups gain access to capital and markets. Its business programme is organically integrated into the regional and federal agenda for achieving technological sovereignty and leadership of Russia, he said.
