On November 10, at their meeting in Kazan, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and representatives of Analytical Credit Rating Agency discussed issues of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan, the state of investment and business environment, and prospects of key economic sectors, namely oil refining, petrochemistry, and mechanical engineering.
“This is our first meeting since the Agency was created. The organization is facing complicated tasks, such as creation of the quality and solid structure able to compete with leading global rating agencies,” Khalikov said.
