Rustam Minnikhanov meets representatives of Tatar community in the USA

On November 10, during his working visit to the USA, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met management and activists of American Turko-Tatar Association.

President of American Turko-Tatar Association Turan Apakay thanked Minnikhanov for the meeting and told about the work carried out by the Association.

Minnikhanov thanked activists of the Association for their contribution to the preservation and enrichment of Tatar traditions, customs and language living far from their historical homeland.

Then Minnikhanov briefly told about projects being implemented in Tatarstan, which are aimed at uniting Tatars all over the world.

Rustam Minnikhanov handed over the Letter of Gratitude of Tatarstan President to a member of the American Turko-Tatar Association Rukiya Safa for the preservation and development of cultural and moral values ​​and traditions of the Tatar people.
