Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in business forum “France-Tatarstan”

On November 30, at his meeting with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in Paris, Vice-president of the French Business Association (MEDEF) Yves-Thibault de Silguy assured Minnikhanov that French businessmen are interested in cooperation with Russian companies and expansion of business contacts.

Yves-Thibault de Silguy told that 700, 000 companies are members of the Association.

Rustam Minnikhanov said that leadership of the republic is ready to offer foreign companies good conditions for entering the Russian market. He said he believes that cooperation should be developing in spite of current political disputes.

Later on the same day, Rustam Minnikhanov and Yves-Thibault de Silguy took part in the business forum “France-Tatarstan”.

Welcoming the audience, Minnikhanov confirmed the willingness to support French business in Tatarstan and noted that French companies have successful experience of working in the republic.

Minister of Industry and Trade of the republic Ambert Karimov, Head of the TIDA Taliya Minullina, and other officials made presentations at the forum.
