On March, 1 in the course of working visit of RT President Rustam Minnikhanov to Free State of Saxony a number of documents on further cooperation between Russian and German regions were signed.
At Congress centre of Leipzig fair Rustam Minnikhanov held meetings with Prime Minister of Free State of Saxony Stanislav Tillikh. By results of the meeting R. Minnikhanov and S. Tillikh signed final protocol of working visit of Tatarstan Head to Saxony.
In presence of Rustam Minnikhanov and Stanislav Tillikh rector of Kazan State Technical University named after A.N.Tupolev Yuri Gortyshov and President of Centre of competence of mechanical engineers of Chemnitz city Hans Jürgen Neumann signed agreement on joint realization of project of creating German-Russian centre of competence of mechanical engineering in Tatarstan Republic.
Yuri Gortyshov and Head of Fraunhofer institute of machine-tool construction and technologies of pressure treatment (Institut für Werkzeugmaschinen und Umformtechnik - IWU) of Chemnitz city Reimund Neugebauer signed contract between Kazan State Technical University named after A.N.Tupolev and IWU on delivery of clinching units, technology transfer and training of specialists.
Today members of Tatarstan delegation met with representatives of Tatar community of Federal Republic of Germany. In the course of meeting Rustam Minnikhanov handed letters of gratitude to activists of community.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
On May 14, Prime Minister of Tajikistan Kokhir Rasulzoda, who arrived on a working visit in Kazan to take part in the events of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, was met by Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and other officials at the Kazan International Airport.
On 9 May Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a ceremony of laying flowers to the monument “The victorious soldier” dedicated to the celebrations of the Day of Victory in the Great Patriotic War (WW II) 1941-1945 and held at Arsk cemetery in Kazan.
On 8 May, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the Acting Chairman of the State Council of the republic Marat Akhmetov and the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin reported that capital overhaul of social facilities is in full swing in the republic with 170 educational facilities having been included into regional and federal programmes.
