Rustam Minnikhanov visited Geydar Aliev Fund in Baku

The Republic of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited Geydar Aliev Fund in Baku on Wednesday. The head of the republic is on a working visit in the capital of Azerbaijan – Baku.
Rustam Minnikhanov and the accompanying officials visited Geydar Aliev Museum where documents and photos from his personal archive are exhibited. The guests were informed about the purposes and work of the fund which was founded in memory of the nationwide leader Geydar Aliev.
Rustam Minnikhanov left a note in the Fund Book of Distinguished Guests. “Thanks to Geydar Aliev Fund, his ideas are being realized. People of Tatarstan remember Geydar Aliev as a big friend of our republic who contributed to multiplying the traditions of historical friendship and mutual understanding between our fraternal nations. I wish health and success to all those who take part in the creation and organization of Geydar Aliev Fund.”
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave the book “Tartarika” to Geydar Aliev Museum as a gift.
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects. We all remember with gratitude the outstanding philanthropists – the Akchurin brothers, the Alafuzovs, and the Ushkovs, whose good deeds and generous donations contributed to the development of culture, education, and healthcare in our republic. The glorious traditions are continued by modern philanthropists and patrons of Tatarstan.
On 12 April in his address to residents of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated them with the Space Exploration Day and said: “April 12, 1961 has forever been inscribed into the world history as the day of triumph of the Soviet science and engineering thought. The flight of Yuriy Gagarin opened the way to the stars for the humankind and demonstrated to the whole world the might of our country.
On 4 April , speaking at a closing ceremony of the XX Russian Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian Venture Forum has confirmed its status of the point of attraction of technological development leaders.
The Forum created a unified scientific, technological and investment space where scientific ideas are transformed into competitive products, and startups gain access to capital and markets. Its business programme is organically integrated into the regional and federal agenda for achieving technological sovereignty and leadership of Russia, he said.
