Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in joint session of Tatarstan Ministry of Finance, Department of the Federal Tax Service and Federal treasury department

On December 17, a joint session of the Tatarstan Ministry of Finance, Department of the Federal Tax Service and Federal treasury department on results of expected implementation of consolidated budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2016 and tasks of financial, treasury and tax authorities for 2017 was held in Kazan.

Russian Minister of Finances Anton Siluanov, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and other officials took part in the meeting.

Before the session Minnikhanov and Siluanov looked around the building of the Institute of management, economics and finances, visited the Center of Master’s programme and other lecture rooms. The project “Financial literacy” was presented to the guests.

Tatarstan Minister of finances Radik Gaizatullin reported that tax and non-tax revenues is expected to make 227,5 bln roubles. For 11 months of the current year 618,7 bln roubles were mobilized under all budget levels. Mobilization of 680,6 bln roubles is expected by results of the year.

Tatarstan’s government debt will make 94,8 bln roubles by results of the year, the Minister said. 

Budget loans for the sum of 5,7 bln roubles were borrowed from the federal budget in the current year, he added.
