Tatarstan IT projects presented to Sergei Sobyanin

March, 12. IT - projects of Tatarstan Republic were presented to Mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin.

Mayor of Moscow got acquainted with republican innovations while visiting technopark in the sphere if high technologies “IT-park”. Sergei Sobyanin was accompanied by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov.

RT Vice-premier – Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov presented the project of rendering state services to citizens in electronic format. Also Mayor of Moscow became acquainted with first results of pilot project “Electronic health care” that is being implemented in Nizhnekamsk municipal region.

Tatarstan program “Electronic education” attracted interest of Moscow Mayor. By words of Sergei Sobyanin, the same project is being realized in Moscow but unlike Tatarstan colleagues, Moscow teachers receive portable computers instead of personal notebooks.

Rustam Minnikhanov noted that personal notebook lets teachers master new technologies more intensively and it was possible to avoid problems with technical maintenance by creating centralized servicing system.

One of advanced technologies elaborated by Tatarstan companies – system of control for road traffic was likewise presented to Mayor of Moscow.

Sergei Sobyanin also visited office of company “Systems of documents circulation” - the main developer of Tatarstan project “Electronic government”. From December 2010 this company deploys the same system at Moscow Mayor’s office.

By words of developers, system of electronic documents circulation absolutely meets safety requirements made by Federal security service.
