December 26 declared day of mourning in Russia

By his decree signed on On December 25, Russian President Vladimir Putin declared December 26  a national day of mourning in connection with the airplane crash in Krasnodar Territory.

According to the decree, all flags in the country should be flown at half-mast, and the cultural and entertainment events should be cancelled.
