President of Boeing company in Russia and CIS Sergey Kravchenko delivers lecture on effective management of modernization and innovations at Tatarstan Government House

On January 24, President of Boeing company in Russia and CIS Sergey Kravchenko delivered a lecture on effective management of modernization and innovations at Tatarstan Government House.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Prime Minister of the repbulic Ildar Khalikov, and other officials attended the lecture.

Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan and Boeing have cooperated for a long time.

Kravchenko told about the company’s history and its achievements.

Boeing staff amounts for 170,000 people in the USA and other 65 countries. About 1,500 engineers work in Russia. More than 150 countries around the world are the company’s customers.

Boeing works in two business areas – civil aircrafts and defence and space industry.

In his lecture Kravchenko focused on three main topics– modernization management, innovations management, human resources and training of leaders. Moreover, he told about lean production in details.
