Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in presidium session of Russian Presidential Council for strategic development and priority projects

On January 25, during his working trip to Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a presidium session of Russian Presidential Council for strategic development and priority projects held by Chairman of Russian Government Dmitry Medvedev.

The session was dedicated to the implementation of a priority project “Formation of comfortable urban environment”.

Dmitry Medvedev noted that this topic had been discussed before as it is a socially important project.

According to the Russian Minister of construction, housing and utilities Mikhail Men, the session discussed the role of chief architects in Russian regions that should become agents of influence in the sphere of territorial improvement.

In accordance with recommendations of the session that was held last year, chief architects should directly report to the governors.
