Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov holds regular board meeting of Tatenergosbyt energy supplier
On January 30, at Tatarstan Government House, Prime Minister of the republic Ildar Khalikov held a regular board meeting of Tatenergosbyt energy supplier.
The meeting summed up results of work in 2016 and set tasks for 2017.
In 2016 the company sold 18.4 billion kWh of electricity for the amount of 53.2 billion roubles to customers. For 12 months, the customer base increased from 837 220 to 850 767 individuals and from 33 305 to 33 950 legal entities.
Improving the quality of customer service is one of the company's priorities, therefore Tatenergosbyt aims to develop existing services and introduce new ones. For the convenience of customers, the company launched an electronic calculator of electricity cost for legal entities. The service is available on the official website of "Tatenergosbyt".
The Board also approved the budget for 2017, proposed by Tatenergosbyt company.
