Tatarstan-Hunan Business Forum held in the city of Changsha (China)

On February 23, during a working visit of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov to China, Tatarstan-Hunan Business Forum was held in the city of Changsha.

Opening the forum, Minnikhanov welcomed its participants and thanked them for their interest in the republic. "Tatarstan is working closely with representatives of Chinese business. We pay frequent visits to your country with great interest and there is a lot we can learn from you. We are interested in best practices of special economic and industrial zones of China. In our turn, we are open for cooperation and are ready to provide overall support in the implementation of joint projects," he said.

CEO of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Taliya Minullina, who also took part in the forum, presented the industrial and investment potential of the republic as one of the leading and economically developed regions of Russia.
