Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in 13th session of Kazan City Duma of the 3rd convocation

On February 25, at the Kazan City Hall, Tatarstan President took part in the 13th session of Kazan City Duma of the 3rd convocation held by Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.

Metshin made a keynote report at the meeting. Minnikhanov appreciated the work of the city administration in 2016. He noted that 2016 was difficult but quite successful for Tatarstan. 

“Much is being done in the capital. “In general, the work that we are doing today is possible due to the fact that the republic has a huge economic potential. Last year, the volume of gross regional product amounted to 1 trillion 944 billion rubles, the volume of commodity output made 1 trillion 966 billion rubles, investments in fixed assets amounted to about 640-650 billion rubles. This allows us to solve a number of problems for many years,” he said.
