Rustam Minnikhanov: "Atna theatre helps to preserve Tatar culture"

Creative activity of Atna drama theatre helps to preserve Tatar culture in Tatarstan. This has been stated today by RT President R.N. Minnikhanov during his speech at the festivity dedicated to foundation of Atna state drama theatre held in the House of culture in a Big Atna. Head of the republic watched also the first night of new theatre’s performance.
History of the Atna people’s theatre began in December of year 1918. The actors of the theatre not once became the laureates of different theatrical contests, toured across the USSR.
On the basis of petition of municipal regional heads of Tatarstan, the Ministry of culture of Tatarstan made a motion on attaching state status to Atna theatre. On March 23, 2011, the edict of RT President №УП-149 was issued "On founding Atna state drama theatre".
Today, making a speech at the official ceremony of founding Atna state drama theatre, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov mentioned that this is a meaningful event for the whole of the republic. "It is very important to preserve Tatar traditions, language, culture in conditions of globalization, - R. Minnikhanov underlined. – Existence of Atna theatre facilitates much for this".
Rustam Minnikhanov said that attaching state status to Atna theatre is only the first step. President of Tatarstan called on present heads of the regions to take active part in developing Atna state drama theatre.
"I hope that your theatre always will be full house and you tour beyond the borders of Tatarstan", - R. Minnikhanov addressed to theatre troupe.
President gave to the head of Atna region Gabdulakhat Khakimov the edict on attaching state status to the theatre and a certificate for improving material-technical base of the theatre in amount of 1million roubles.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
On May 14, Prime Minister of Tajikistan Kokhir Rasulzoda, who arrived on a working visit in Kazan to take part in the events of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, was met by Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and other officials at the Kazan International Airport.
