New chief of Federal service on surveillance in sphere of consumer rights protection and people’s welfare on RT – chief state sanitary physician Marina Patyashina has been appointed. Today she has been presented to the depart. staff by head of Rospotrebnadzor, chief state sanitary physician of Russian Federation Gennady Onishchenko and RT President of Rustam Minnikhanov.
Addressing the staff of the department Gennady Onishchenko marked big merits of former chief Victor Morozov, who had been holding a position of chief sanitary physician of Tatarstan for almost 27 years. «He has managed for more 20 years the sanitary service of the republic and we passed difficult years with him. It is his part that the parameters of RT healthcare are much better than in many other regions, - noted G. Onishchenko. – But everything comes to its end and we have agreed with Victor Valentinovich that he should step aside».
New chief of depart of Federal service on surveillance in sphere of consumer rights and people’s welfare on Republic of Tatarstan - chief state sanitary physician on RT became a 34 year old Marina Patyashina, who earlier held position of deputy chief physician of Republican clinic derma-venerology dispensary.
«Thanks to RT President Rustam Minnikhanov we have settled for such a radical step. We need a young person not loaded with traditions , - stated G. Onishchenko. – I ask the staff to expose understanding and support to a new chief».
RT President Rustam Minnikhanov underlined likewise the importance of faced tasks before the depart. «Level of responsibility is growing in many folds in connection with forthcoming major international events – universiade, world football championship. A lot of measures must be carried out, to host many guests who should drink clear water, and feed safely», - R. N. Minnikhanov marked.
Head of Tatarstan thanked Victor Morozov for his work and delivered him letter of thanks from RT President. Rustam Minnikhanov thanked also the department staff and on behalf of the republic’s leadership promised to back all Rospotrebnadzor.
On 24 December Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a charity action “The Christmas Tree of Wishes” held during the 17th session of the State Council of the republic of the seventh convocation.
The Head of the Government of the republic will fulfill wishes of five-year old Landysh who dreams of a guitar, 13-year old Zariva who will get a smart speaker, eight-year old Leyla dreaming of a bike and 16-year old Evelina who will be given an e-book.
On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.
On 20 December, in his address on the occasion of the Russian Security Bodies Officers Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated employees and old stagers of the service with their professional holiday and wrote: “

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
