Rustam Minnikhanov:authenticity of information about income of state and municipal employees for 2010 checked for the first time

A joint session of Council under RT President on counteracting corruption and maintaining law enforcement in RT took place in House of RT Government.
The session in format of video conference was held by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov.
Opening the session head of republic stressed that though only two months had passed since the first session of Council much work was done for such a short period of time. Employees of state and municipal authorities reported before citizens on their incomings for 2010.
For the first time the authenticity of given information was checked. The same revision is being performed in terms of compliance with requirements for official behaviour. The revealed breaches are now being considered by relevant commissions.
By words of Rustam Minnikhanov though today the attitude of heads towards problems of counteracting corruption is changing many questions still remain unsolved. He reminded that the first issue discussed at the session was adherence to legislation regulating use of state and municipal property. “Management for property especially land lots is one of the most corruptive spheres. In 2010 while holding revisions in the sphere of state and municipal property and land relations the Accounts chamber revealed breaches for the sum of 174 mln. 876 thousand roubles. Annually law enforcement bodies initiate proceedings connected with gaining large bribes by official employees of various levels.
Prosecutor of the Republic of Tatarstan Kafil Amirov reported on results of conducted revisions in terms of adherence to legislation regulating use of state and municipal property and revealed breaches.
Since the majority of breaches are performed at municipal level Chairman of RT Council of municipal formations Minsagit Shakirov made a speech before participants of the session.
The second issue on agenda was results of work of law enforcement bodies on counteracting corruption. RT Minister of interiors Asgat Safarov reported regarding the problem.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
On May 14, Prime Minister of Tajikistan Kokhir Rasulzoda, who arrived on a working visit in Kazan to take part in the events of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, was met by Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and other officials at the Kazan International Airport.
