More than 200 mln. roubles spent for program on decreasing tensity at labor market in Tatarstan

Expenses for realization of program of additional measures aimed at decreasing tensity at labor market in Tatarstan have made more than 200 mln. roubles from the beginning of 2011. Such data were presented at a session of Republican interdepartmental commission on increasing living standards and legalization of incomings. The session was held in format of video conference by Acting Prime Minister of RT Ravil Muratov.
Deputy Minister of labor, employment and social protection Klara Tazetdinova reported that in 2011 is characterized by growth of employment. For now there are 109,8 thousand unemployed people in republic - 5,4 % of economically active population.
According to K. Tazetdinova for the past period of 2011 97,5 thousand people appealed to agencies of employment service. 29 000 vacancies are registered at labor market. By the end of 2011 unemployment in Tatarstan should decrease to 1,5 % as a results of realizing the program of additional measures aimed at decreasing tensity at labor market in RT.
The program is to cover 24,5 thousand citizens. It implies organization of advance professional training for employees who are at risk to be dismissed, professional training, retraining and professional development of women being on child-care leave, organization of public works, assistance to development of small entrepreneurship and self-employment of unemployed citizens.
By and large by words of Deputy Minister of labor, employment and social protection financing of the program will make 810 mln. roubles.
Acting Prime Minister of RT Ravil Muratov stressed in turn that though results of program implementation are rather good several municipal regions do not pay much attention to actions on decreasing tensity at labor market.
On 31 March in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva hold a meeting of the Commission on the Russian language under the Rais of Tatarstan, which considered key issues of supporting and developing Russian language, including new educational initiatives and discussed programmes of popularization of Russian literature and activities to preserve the language heritage.
On 28 March, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with participation of the Acting Chairman of the State Council of the republic Marat Akhmetov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Azat Ziganshin informed that the regional central cleaning up action will be held in the republic on 25 April and clarified that the location of the national cleanup day will be announced later as the site will be chosen taking into account the opinions of Tatarstan residents.
On 28 March, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional and the Acting Chairman of the State Council of the republic Marat Akhmetov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Damir Shaydullin informed about statistics on the collection of utility bills payments from the population and data on the payment discipline of enterprises and organizations of the republic.
On 27 March, speaking at a ceremonial event dedicated to celebrations of the Day of Russian National Guard held at the Kazan City Hall with participation of the Chief of the Office of the Staff of the Rais of the republic Asgat Safarov, heads of law-enforcement bodies of the republic and veterans and employees of the territorial Directorate of the National Guard, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian National Guard Directorate for the republic Republic of Tatarstan is traditionally acknowledged as one of the best in the country.
