Minister of economic development of Azerbaijan Shakhin Abdulla ogly Mustafiev and President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov discuss issues of mutually beneficial cooperation

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Minister of economic development of Azerbaijan Shakhin Abdulla ogly Mustafiev discussed issues of mutually beneficial cooperation.

The meeting was held in residence of RT President at Kazan Kremlin. Tatarstan was presented by Director of Department for external relations under RT President Staff – Aide to RT President on international issues Iskander Muflikhanov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, First deputy minister of industry and trade Igor Nosov, Deputy head of RT Cabinet Staff Airat Khairullin and others.

Shakhin Abdulla ogly Mustafiev thanked Rustam Minnikhanov for warm reception and informative program within the framework of his working visit to Tatarstan. He informed that he had already visited SEZ “Alabuga” and got acquainted with facilities offered to the residents.

Minister of economic development of Azerbaijan visited production area of “Sollers” company - one of the leading residents of SEZ “Alabuga” and park in the sphere of high technologies “IT-park” in Kazan.

Shakhin Abdulla ogly Mustafiev appreciated projects and innovations being embedded in Tatarstan economy. He noted that the recent visit of RT President Rustam Minnikhanov to the capital of Azerbaijan - Baku and his meeting with President of Azerbaijan Republic Ilkham Aliev favored consolidation of brotherly relations between nations.
