4 June 2011, Saturday
“Party “United Russia” has done a lot in Tatarstan”, - Chairman of State Duma of the Federal Assembly Boris Gryzlov said to journalists in Kazan. In his opinion this may be evaluated by economic rates. In the first quarter 2011 industrial production in Tatarstan increased by 7,5 % (more than average rate by Russia). He reminded that gross regional product has doubled for the last five years, though the plan implied 10 years.
“There are issues to be discussed today such as “Strategy 2020”, - Boris Gryzlov said. Though world financial crisis seriously interfered in its realization we leave key figures and rates unchanged and speak about our necessary participation in modernization.
“It is pleasant to be in IT-park in Kazan and see how you join the process of modernization. We will not move forward without personal participation of every citizen. High efficiency of state is assessed by high efficiency of every citizen’s participation”, - Boris Gryzlov noted.

“March elections became a “rehearsal” and started State Duma election campaign. Results of March elections show that “United Russia” has acquired confidence of voters and it is even higher than four years ago.
