Delegation of Novosibirsk region arrived in Kazan

Delegation of Novosibirsk region headed by the Governor Vasily Yurchenko arrived in Kazan with two-day working visit (June 6-8).

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, First Vice-premier Ravil Muratov, Director of Department for external relations – Aide to RT President on international issues Iskander Muflikhanov met the delegation at international airport “Kazan”.

Novosibirsk delegation comprises representatives of Ministry of industry, trade and entrepreneurship development, Ministry of economic development, Ministry of culture, Ministry of education, science and innovative policy and other structure of executive power.

The program of working visit is rather intensive and informative. On June 7 guests will be told about course of preparation for Universiade 2013. Several objects of sport infrastructure (Universiade Village, Centre of volleyball “St. Petersburg”), development of projects “Electronic Tatarstan”, “Electronic Government” (on the basis of IT-park), and work of federal electronic site will be demonstrated to Novosibirsk delegation. Later on members of delegation will visit a house built using energy-saving technologies (on the territory of technopolis “Himgrad”).

Agreement about trade-economic, scientific and technical, social and cultural cooperation between Tatarstan Republic and Novosibirsk region will be signed later on. Moreover, Agreement on scientific and technical cooperation between Institute of catalysis named after G.K. Boreskov of Siberian branch of Russian Academy of sciences and JSC “Tatneftehiminvest-holding” is also planned for June 7.

The trip to JSC “TANECO” (Nizhnekamsk) and SEZ “Alabuga” (Elabuga municipal region) is planned for June 8.
