A foundation stone of Industrial park laid in Chistopol

A solemn ceremony of laying foundation stone of Energy supply centre for Industrial park “Chistopol” has been held today. In the event took part First Vice-premier Ravil Muratov, Head of Chistopol region Ildus Akhmetzyanov, Chairman of Directors board of group of companies “Eastfield AS” Igor Ledetski.
Ravil Muratov noted that very soon first residents would appear in Industrial park that would create new working places so important for citizens of one-company town. First Vice-premier wished success in realization of new project.
Head of Chistopol region Ildus Akhmetzyanov thanked Russian government and Tatarstan authorities for supporting the project.
Igor Ledetski noted that “Eastfield AS” had long been engaged into realization of project in energy sector in Slovakia and now is going to implement them on the territory of Tatarstan.
The ceremony of laying foundation stone for future Energy centre was held after welcoming speech. “The Energy centre will be launched here by December. 5 000 working places will be created at fist stage. Later on 12 000 places will appear in the process of development”, - Ravil Muratov said. By his words rates of development of Industrial park are rather dynamic – main residents will start working there by 2013. Some additional projects will be realized by 2015. Proper conditions will be created for residents. The site of Industrial park will be attractive for business. It already has 6 potential residents and the number is increasing.
Construction of the centre became possible due to realization of project on terms of private-government partnership.
We remind that according the decision of working group on modernization of one-company towns under Government commission on economic development and integration Chistopol was one of 35 Russian one-company towns to receive the support of Federal centre. By the Edict of RT Cabinet a Complex investment plan on developing Chistopol town and a long-term targeted program on developing the town till 2015 were approved.
The main lines of activity Industrial park “Chistopol” will be production of items of precision instruments industry for the needs of communal organizations, polygraphic items and production of stylish clothes for adults and children.
On 9 May Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a ceremony of laying flowers to the monument “The victorious soldier” dedicated to the celebrations of the Day of Victory in the Great Patriotic War (WW II) 1941-1945 and held at Arsk cemetery in Kazan.
On 8 May, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the Acting Chairman of the State Council of the republic Marat Akhmetov and the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin reported that capital overhaul of social facilities is in full swing in the republic with 170 educational facilities having been included into regional and federal programmes.
On 4 May at a briefing held in the Tatarstan Government House it was told that currently there are 92 combat veterans, the last witnesses of the Great Patriotic War (WW II) of 1941-1945, living in the republic. The briefing also informed about veterans’ support measures and how the republic is planning to celebrate the Victory Day on 9 May.
The Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva told that names of 353 Heroes of the Soviet Union from Tatarstan “ are immortalized in street names, on memorials, in monuments and squares and, of course, in our memory”. “The Victory Day is the day of memory, mourning and joy. It is the event which today should be clearly understandable to all young people and younger generation of Tatarstan,” she said.
