First Vice-premier of RF government arrived in Kazan

First Vice-premier of RF government Viktor Zubkov has arrived in Kazan. At the international airport “Kazan” V.Zubkov was met by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov, RT Vice-premier - Minister of agriculture and foodstuff Marat Akhmetov, Minister of interiors on RT Asgat Safarov.
Rustam Minnikhanov reported Viktor Zubkov on current situation in Tatarstan agro-industrial complex. Samples of crops were shown to First Vice-premier of RF government. By words of RT President currently situation at republican fields is rather favorable for agriculture. According to preliminary assessments the harvest in 2011 can make 4,5 tons of grain, 2 mln. tons of sugar beet, 1,6 tons of potatoes and 3 mln. tons of feed units.
Head of Tatarstan thanked Viktor Zubkov for support rendered to republic last year during the drought period. R.Minnikhanov stressed that decision made in time by RF Government on supporting suffered regions and temporary embargo on export of grain let agricultural sector overcome consequences of abnormal heat.
Rustam Minnikhanov also noted efficient cooperation of Tatarstan with federal structures in the sphere of agriculture. By words of RT President the republic works successfully with Rosselkhozbank and Rosagroleasing.
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects. On 12 April in his address to residents of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated them with the Space Exploration Day and said: “April 12, 1961 has forever been inscribed into the world history as the day of triumph of the Soviet science and engineering thought. The flight of Yuriy Gagarin opened the way to the stars for the humankind and demonstrated to the whole world the might of our country.
On 4 April , speaking at a closing ceremony of the XX Russian Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian Venture Forum has confirmed its status of the point of attraction of technological development leaders.
The Forum created a unified scientific, technological and investment space where scientific ideas are transformed into competitive products, and startups gain access to capital and markets. Its business programme is organically integrated into the regional and federal agenda for achieving technological sovereignty and leadership of Russia, he said.
