Rustam Minnikhanov arrives on a working visit in St Petersburg

On May 31, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in St Petersburg to take part in the 21st St Petersburg International Economic Forum.

During the forum Minnikhanov plans to hold business meetings and talks with representatives of foreign and Russian companies, including MSD International, IBM, Schneider Electric, Rockwool International, RusHydro, and others, and to take part in the signing of a number of cooperation agreements.

Moreover, Tatarstan President's working programme includes meetings with Prime Minister of Bavaria Horst Seehofer, President of the Republic of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov, Governor of the Tula region Alexey Dumin, Governor of the Irkutsk region Sergey Levchenko, Governor of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District Dmitry Kobylkin.

On June 2, Tatarstan President is scheduled to attend several major events, including presentation of the results of the National rating of the investment climate in Russian regions, meeting of regional heads of Russia with Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi, as well as the SPIEF plenary session, at which Russian President Vladimir Putin is expected to deliver a speech.
