Major repair of 2011 in Tatarstan finished in 144 multi-apartment houses in 28 municipalities

Meeting on issues of implementing program of major repairing of multi-apartment houses, construction and major repair of preschool educational institutions in RT was held today by rt president R.N. Minnikhanov.

The meeting was held in video conference format with switching all RT municipal regions. RT Premiere I. Sh. Khalijkov also took part in a measure.

Minister of construction, architecture and utilities Irek Faizullin performed the basic report. By his words, major repair within the program of 2011 has commenced in all municipal regions in 998 houses out of 999.

By today, major repair is over in 144 multi-apartment houses in 28 municipalities. In total, in the context of the program 98.4% if federal means transferred to municipalities.
By data of municipalities the volume of works at major repairs have been accomplished for 2,8 bln. Rbl., or 65% of year’s limit .

The acts of accomplished works have been accepted for amount of 1,4 bln. rbl. That consists 49,6% of finished works volume.

Irek Faizullin reported on installing all-house metering devices. Under the 2011 program it is required to install 8 ths.. 31 all-house metering devices. The works are well organized in Aznakaevsk, Zainsk, Pestrechinsk, Zainsk and Spass municipal regions where already more 50% of the planned works this year, in Buinsk municipal region have been completed.
