Search operations and preparations for vessel uplifting continue at the site of “Bulgaria” shipwreck

Operations on investigating the motor-boat and preparation for its uplifting continue at the place of “Bulgaria” shipwreck. Such information was given at a session of Government commission for investigating causes and circumstances of the tragedy. RT Premier Ildar Khalikov took part in the event held at House of RT Government.
From 17:00 pm July, 13 until 9:00 am July, 14 specialists have accomplished 94 dives and retrieved bodies of 4 perished, Deputy Chief of RF Ministry of emergency situations Aleksandr Chupriyan informs. By and large 439 dives have been implemented from the beginning of search operations. Bodies of 104 perished have been found, 101 were identified. Bodies of 86 victims have been given to relatives.
Forces of RF Ministry of emergency situations make 1144 people and 188 units of equipment. Rescuers continue searching operations in water reservoir of the Volga River. Preparations for vessel uplifting are also implemented. Specialists of the 40th Institute of RF Ministry of defence have accomplished 13 dives and started preparing “Bulgaria” for uplifting.
By the morning on July,14 81 of the dead have been buried in Tatarstan and other regions, RT Premier Ildar Khalikov informs. The lost documents are being issued to the suffered. Compensation payment for the relatives of perished has been started.
On 28 March, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with participation of the Acting Chairman of the State Council of the republic Marat Akhmetov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Azat Ziganshin informed that the regional central cleaning up action will be held in the republic on 25 April and clarified that the location of the national cleanup day will be announced later as the site will be chosen taking into account the opinions of Tatarstan residents.
On 28 March, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional and the Acting Chairman of the State Council of the republic Marat Akhmetov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Damir Shaydullin informed about statistics on the collection of utility bills payments from the population and data on the payment discipline of enterprises and organizations of the republic.
On 27 March, speaking at a ceremonial event dedicated to celebrations of the Day of Russian National Guard held at the Kazan City Hall with participation of the Chief of the Office of the Staff of the Rais of the republic Asgat Safarov, heads of law-enforcement bodies of the republic and veterans and employees of the territorial Directorate of the National Guard, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian National Guard Directorate for the republic Republic of Tatarstan is traditionally acknowledged as one of the best in the country.
On 26 March Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a meeting of the Council by the Russian Presidential Envoy in the Volga Federal District dedicated to rural demographic policy held by the Russian Presidential Envoy in the District Igor Komarov in Nizhniy Novgorod with participation of heads of federal ministries concerned, representatives of the Federal Assembly and heads of federal entities of the Volga Federal District. The participants of the meeting discussed such topics as the demographic situation, implementation of federal programmes and the best regional practices, and the results of the meeting will be used for preparing comprehensive solutions of such tasks set by Russian President Vladimir Putin as preservation of the population, strengthening health, raising prosperity of people and supporting families.
