Major repair of multi-apartment houses in Tatarstan Republic completed in 321 houses out of 999

Major repair of multi-apartment houses in Tatarstan Republic was completed in 321 houses of 999 provided by the program of major repairs 2011, Minister of construction, architecture ad housing Irek Faizullin informed at a meeting in RT Government House. The meeting was held by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov in format of video conference with all municipal regions of republic.

According to Irek Faizullin major repair of houses within the program 2011 has finished in 11 municipalities. Last week, the repair works were completed in 69 multi-apartment houses. At the same time, by words of Irek Faizullin State housing inspection accepted only 93 of 321 houses. According to the schedule delay is marked by 9 houses in four municipal regions (Bavlinsky, Mendeleevsky, Chistopolsky and Kazan city). 2,6 bln. roubles were transferred to accounts of managing companies and Homeowners associations for major repair works.

Irek Faizullin also told about construction of children pre-school institutions (kindergartens) within the limits of “Belekech” program.

RT President gave assignment to builders to eliminate defects and remarks made at the objects repaired last year. By his words, it is necessary to find contractors, detour flats and eliminate found problems.
