Rustam Minnikhanov visits JSC «TANECO» site (Nizhnekamsk )

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited site of JSC «TANECO» (Nizhnekamsk). Inspection tour to industrial site of oil processing and oil chemical Complex of plants Rustam Minnikhanov started from viewing visbreaking (viscosity breaking) installation. Mars Gazizullin, first deputy director general OOO PSO Kazan reported on its high degree of readiness. By present day, building and assembly works on the installation have been finished in amount of 1,2 billion roubles that includes 65 km of technological pipelines and heat tracers, more 20 km of heating cable mounted, 1200 KIP&A(control and measuring apparatus) units. Complex tests were held, the specialists are working on trouble shooting indicated by supervisory bodies.
Much less readiness was marked at the other object of PSO Kazan’s responsibility, - the bloc of sulphur production. In this regard serious reprimands were addressed to Mars Gazizullin on necessity of more distinct organization of activities, stepping up rate of building-assembling works, inadmissibility of salary delays to workers of subcontracting companies.
Director of OOO Neftegazengineering Gennady Efremov reported on situation at commodity parks. In close days, it is planned to end construction works, mounting of technological pipelines, foam fire fighting, heat insulation, etc. The OOO Neftegazengineering executives were told to activate works.
Then Rustam Minnikhanov proceeded to torch facilities of the Complex. By words of director general JSC Kamgazenergostroi Alexande Evdokimov, the object as a whole is ready for commercial operation.
Completing his inspection tour Rustam Minnikhanov heard report by director general ООО UK INVENT Elbek Safaev on current state of things at the Complex purification works.
Further, RT President held meeting with executives of general contractors on issue of implementing the project «Complex of oil processing and oil chemical plants in Nizhnekamsk».
Rustam Minnilhanov once more underlined that it is necessary more plainly to arrange works that would enable to fulfill fixed tasks on established dates.
During the visit RT President was accompanied by Vice Premier –Minister of energy Ilshat Fardiev, aide to RT President Rinat Sabirov, JSC Tataneft director general Shafagat Tahautdnov, head of Nizhnekamsk municipality Aidar Mershin.
On 9 May Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a ceremony of laying flowers to the monument “The victorious soldier” dedicated to the celebrations of the Day of Victory in the Great Patriotic War (WW II) 1941-1945 and held at Arsk cemetery in Kazan.
On 8 May, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the Acting Chairman of the State Council of the republic Marat Akhmetov and the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin reported that capital overhaul of social facilities is in full swing in the republic with 170 educational facilities having been included into regional and federal programmes.
On 4 May at a briefing held in the Tatarstan Government House it was told that currently there are 92 combat veterans, the last witnesses of the Great Patriotic War (WW II) of 1941-1945, living in the republic. The briefing also informed about veterans’ support measures and how the republic is planning to celebrate the Victory Day on 9 May.
The Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva told that names of 353 Heroes of the Soviet Union from Tatarstan “ are immortalized in street names, on memorials, in monuments and squares and, of course, in our memory”. “The Victory Day is the day of memory, mourning and joy. It is the event which today should be clearly understandable to all young people and younger generation of Tatarstan,” she said.
