Agreement between RT Government and FGUP Administration of civil airports(airdromes) signed

Agreement on interaction and cooperation between RT Government and federal state unitary enterprise Administration of civil airports(airdromes) has been signed today in Kazan. The document is fixed by signatures of RT Prime minister Ildar Khalikov and FGUP Administration of civil airports (airdromes) general director Sergei Polishchuk during a meeting in RT House of Government.

The signed agreement implies interaction of the both parties in organizing and holding joint actions for expedient implementation of the project «Reconstruction of Kazan airport complex». This project is a part and parcel of the program for reconstructing Kazan international airport before Universiade -2013 and is realized within the frameworks of federal targeted program «Development of transport system of Russia (2010-2015 years)».

According to the project it is planned to fulfill reconstruction of the airports take-off runway, taxi alleys, drainage system of airdrome zone, construction of purification facilities, reconstruction and widening passenger terminal, drainage system of passenger terminal, its illumination and energy supply, reconstruction of technical terminal, patrol road and airport fencing with technical safety means.

FGUP Administration of civil airport (airdromes)» is a customer – builder of this project. Within the signed today’s agreement the federal unitary enterprise is responsible to provide expedient implementation of the project, to present RT Government information on course of works and determine the size of rent payment for using objects of airport infrastructure. The Republic’s Government will render necessary facilitation in implementing airports complex reconstruction.
