Minister of the Interiors of Russia visits IT-park in Kazan

Today RF minister of the interiors Rashid Nurgaliev, making a working trip to Tatarstan, has visited techno-park in sphere of high tech IT-park. Head of the RF Ministry has been accompanied by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Vice Premiere – RT minister of info and communication Nikolai Nikiforov presented IT park to Rashid Nurgaliev. RF the interiors minister got acquainted with implementing projects in business–incubator. During the presentation of the project "Testing public servants competency” "Effective.RF" Rashid Nurgaliev mentioned experience of practice of such testing systems abroad shows its efficiency. R. Nurgaliev offered to hold testing staff MVD on RT Central administration.
Rashid Nurgaliev highly appreciated an innovative system of video fixing traffic rules violations "Avtodoriya". Head of the RF MVD promised to consider the possibility of applying new system in a pilot mode.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov called attention of Rashid Nurgaliev at the initiative of RF Ministry of finance on directing fines for traffic rules violations to the federal budget. Head of the republic expressed worry that in this case the source of financing programs on traffic safety would be lost, a modern system of video fixing violations established in number of the regions including Tatarstan may be forfeited. "Means which are collected from the violators should go for traffic safety, - R.Minnikhanov holds. – This is a world practice".
Rashid Nurgaliev got acquainted with novelties in documents e-turnover in Tatarstan. Rustam Minnikhanov attracted attention of RF Minister of the Interiors that used in documents circulation methods of info protection are certified by Russia’s FSS.
The minister was presented also system of works coordination of emergency operative services of the Republic of Tatarstan "GLONASS+112".
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
