Ildar Khalikov took part in extended session of RT Ministry of construction architecture and utilities collegium

Today in Kazan an extended session of RT Ministry of construction, architecture and utilities collegium took place dealing with implementing in 2011 state programs of developing social sphere and objects of industrial construction of the republic and oncoming day of builder.

Premiere of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov heads of municipalities, RT Cabinet , RT State council staff, ministers, public organizations representatives, chiefs of construction and housing sector complex, educational institutions took part in the session.

In parallel, the exhibition of enterprises and organization of construction complex was arranged visited by RT Prime minister Ildar Khalikov.

«Each year we commence collegium with the words «the unique collegium», «the special collegium». This year the collegium may be also commenced with these words. The Universiade objects, major industrial objects are being built in the republic, such unique programs are being realized as program of social mortgage. No subject in the country has like this. The unique program of kindergartens construction «Belekech». Never such a mass program existed in the republic. The projects on major repair, emergency housing, housing for veterans are under implementation. We have what to do, we know how to do therefore we need to construct, realize and commission», - RT Prime minister addressed to the gathered opening the collegium.

The key report was made by RT Minister of construction, architecture and utilities Irek Faizullin. He marked that plan of house commissioning in the republic had been set in volume of 2 mln.. 390 ths. sq. m. It is planned to commission 804 ths.sq.m of multi-apartment investment housing, 986,5 ths.sq.m. – low-rise housing. Commissioning per resident makes 0,632 sq.м.

All in all, in the first year half 1 mln. 171,4 ths. sq.м of housing has been commissioned. This is more than in other regions of the Volga federal district. Over 13 ths. Veterans already moved in new apartments, 2430 apartments left to be commissioned.

In 2011 the construction and major repair program of preschool educational institutions stipulates creation of 11 ths.315 places by construction of new 29 new objects, 110 objects of major repair, 6 objects of construction on variation forms on conditions of private-state partnership.

In completion of the collegium about 30 best workers of construction sector have received state and ministerial awards from RT Prime minister and minister of construction.
