Tatarstan Premier Ildar Khalikov is visiting international aerospace show MAKS-2011 in Zhukovsky city (Moscow region). Ildar Khalikov is accompanied by RT Minister of industry and trade Ravil Zaripov.
RT Premier examined aircrafts Ту-204СМ and Ту-214ОН at the open statistic exposition. Passenger aircraft Ту-204СМ produced by Ulianovsk aircraft plant is a modern passenger modification of Ту-204/214 series, and a special version Ту-214ОН was produced at KAPO named after Gorbunov.
The aircraft was constructed within the limits of International project “Open sky” which implies execution of inspection flights above neighboring countries in order to check compliance with agreements on locating military objects. The liner is equipped with devices for aerophotography and enables watching infrastructure of other countries and occurring changes to maintain peace. In the nearest time Ту-154 and Ан-30 which are used for inspection control now will be replaced by Ту-214ОН.

Director-general of JSC “Kazan helicopters plant” Vadim Ligai demonstrated training aircraft "Ансат-У" of Russian air forces produced in Kazan.
Tatarstan delegation visited stand of ZAO “Aerokomposit” where Ildar Khalikov and company’s officials discussed realization of project on creating a plant to produce composite materials on the basis of KAPO named after Gorbunov. Premier tested navigation control simulator Ту-204СМ at the stand of JSC “Tupolev”. Also members of republican delegation examined stand of JSC “KMPO”.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
