Rustam Minnikhanov to laureates of state awards of Russia and Tatarstan: You are the gold pool of the republic and the country

On August 29, at the Artillery Court in the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn ceremony of handing in state awards of Russia and Tatarstan.

In his welcoming speech, Minnikhanov noted that the ceremony of handing in state awards of Russia and Tatarstan is traditionally held on the eve of the Day of the Republic in Kazan. Tatarstan President congratulated all those present on the upcoming holiday and expressed his gratitude for their special achievements and results in their work.

Tatarstan today is a region with great opportunities for the economy, social and spiritual development, Minnikhanov stressed. He noted that employees of enterprises and scientists form the basis of the economic growth of the republic. Due to their love for their work and active citizenship in Tatarstan, they manage to implement large-scale strategic projects in such fields as economy, chemistry and petrochemicals, forestry, agriculture, education, health and culture.

"Many of you serve the public order to ensure our security, sometimes with your life. The residents of Tatarstan appreciate your work and express you their great gratitude. You are the gold pool of the republic and the country. We are proud of you! " Minnikhanov said.
