On April 19, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a presidium session of Investment council of the Republic of Tatarstan. The session discussed some investment projects that were presented to investors who will take part in their implementation in the republic. The projects are meant to encourage investment activity.

On April 19, at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and President of the European Judo Union Sergey Soloveichik discussed issues related to organization and holding of the up-coming European Judo  Championship in Kazan.  

On April 19, at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of Board of Directors of Russian Standard Bank Rustam Tariko discussed prospects of cooperation and issues related to further collaboration in a number of projects.   

On April 19, speaking at a briefing at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers Director of Investment and Venture Fund of the republic Ainur Aideldinov and Pulsar Venture Capital Pavel Korolev  told in details about the 16th Russian and 11t Kazan Venture Fairs to be held in the capital of the republic on April 27.

On April 19, at a session of the Organizing committee on the preparation for the 71st anniversary of Victory in Great Patriotic War 1941-1945, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the main tasks today are provision of affordable and quality medical and social services to veterans regardless of their place of residence, patriotic education of the youth, and involvement of veterans in work with young people.

On April 19, Prime Minister of Thuringia Bodo Ramelow arrived on working visit in Tatarstan and was met by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Industry and Trade Albert Karimov, and Aide to Tatarstan President Radik Gimatdinov at Kazan international airport.

On April 18, at their meeting at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Board Chairman of Russian Central Bank’s Cash Collection Association Oleg Krylov discussed prospects of cooperation in a number of areas. 

On April 18, at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov awarded the Medal of the Order of Merit to Republic of Tatarstan to Danila Pozdeev, a cash collector at the Tatarstan office of the Russian Central Bank’s Cash Collecting Association. The medal was given “for bravery and courage in the line of duty that involves risk to the life”. 

On April 18, a meeting of young innovators, inventors and development engineering from Russian regions opened at Tupolev Kazan National Research Technical University. 

On April 18, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in opening of the Center of prototyping and adoption of robotic technologies in Kazan. The center was created under the auspices of Russian Ministry of economic development, Tatarstan Government and OOO “Eidos-robotics”.
