On July 31, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived in Yelabuga (Tatarstan) to take part in the 8th All-Russia Spasskaya fair and Festival of bell ringing.

On July 31, Russian Deputy Presidential Envoy in Volga Federal District Oleg Melnichenko welcomed participants of the Congress of Eurasian regional branch of the World organization “United cities and local governments” and said that leadership of Volga Federal District understands the importance of cooperation between regions and foreign partners, personal contacts in youth policy, educational and cultural exchange.

On July 31, at the Kazan City Hall, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian Deputy Presidential Envoy in Volga Federal District Oleg Melnichenko, Chairman of the Committee on topical issues of the Congress of Eurasian regional branch of the World organization “United cities and local governments”, Chairman of Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin, Chairman of Moscow State Duma Aleksei Shaposhnikov, Secretaries general of seven regional branches of the “United cities and local governments”, deputies of Russian State Duma, Consulates of Turkey and Iran took part in opening of the Congress of Eurasian regional branch of the World organization “United cities and local governments”.

On July 30, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov went on a working trip to Arsk region (Tatarstan) to inspect harvesting works.

On July 30, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Akhmetov, Head of Vysokogorsky region (Tatarstan) Rustam Kalimullin, representatives of ministries and agencies inspected harvesting campaign in Vysokogorsky region.

On July 29, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Minister of Agriculture of the republic Marat Akhmetov and Head of Nurlat region Ravil Kuzyurov inspected harvesting campaign in Nurlat region.

On July 29, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov will visit Novosheshminsk and Nizhnekamsk regions of the republic to inspect harvesting, met farm machinery operators, heads of some farms and investors.

On July 29, at the Tatarstan Government House, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and three-time Olympic champion in synchronized swimming Maria Kiseleva shared their impressions about FINA World Championship that is being held in Kazan. “The championship is organized on the highest level,” she said.
