Ildar Khalikov holds meeting on developing technopark of industrial technologies “Innovative technological center “KNIAT”

Prime Minister of Tatarstan republic Ildar Khalikov held meeting on developing technopark of industrial technologies “Innovative technological center “KNIAT”.
The event was held on the territory of Kazan research institute of aviation technology (Kazan, Dementiev str., 2 в). Representatives of the institute and its partner companies, Ministry of industry and trade, Agency for investment development attended the meeting.
We remind that in June 2011 KNIAT was reorganized into technopark of industrial technologies “Innovative technological center “KNIAT”. For now residents of technopark are OOO “Firm MVEN” – developer and producer of small aircrafts for agricultural works, OOO “Vysota” – producer of above-ground equipment for helicopters.
Samples of production developed and produced at KNIAT were demonstrated to Head of RT Government.
A meeting on further development of technopark was held later on. Deputy head of Agency for investment development Anton Semenov informed that the agency had initiated foundation of industrial park with engineering centre “Karavaevo” on the basis of “KNIAT”.
Purpose of creating industrial park is assistance in foundation of innovative small and medium enterprises, integration in the sphere of engineering, attraction of investments and adoption of advanced engineer solutions, creation of inter-industrial communication. By words of Anton Semenov investors are interested in the project.
Agency for investment development suggests organizing working group to assess KNIAT potential and working out of measures on its further development.
Deputy minister of industry and trade Ildar Mingaleev briefly told about state of engineering complex in RT and use of JSC “KNIAT” opportunities in development of this sector. Modernization, increase of production efficiency, decrease of expenses, expansion of target market are main areas of the industry development.
On choosing resident companies for industrial park preference will be given to high-tech companies, and support of KNIAT scientific fields which have already proved its competitiveness.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “

There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
