Tatkhimplast Chemical Polymer Manufacturer and JVIS-USA, LLC sign a Memorandum of Understanding on the continuation of talks regarding production of polymeric compounds for the automotive industry in San Francisco

On October 24, at Global Technology Symposium in San Francisco, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the signing ceremony of a number of documents.

In particular, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Tatkhimplast Chemical Polymer Manufacturer and JVIS-USA, LLC on the continuation of talks on the establishment of a joint venture in North America for the production of polymer compounds for the automotive and other industries.

At their meeting earlier today, Minnikhanov, President of JVIS Jason Moore and Head of Tatkhimplast Albert Suleymanov discussed further cooperation on the implementation of the joint project.

Suleymanov said that negotiations with KAMAZ Automaker regarding the production of compounds for the needs of the auto-giant are underway. It is expected that in November this year representatives of Tatkhimplast and JVIS-USA will meet at KAMAZ to discuss possible cooperation.

In his turn Minnikhanov noted that the production of compounds is a very topical area in the automotive industry.

Representatives of JVIS-USA also invited representatives of Tatarstan to visit their production facilities in Detroit (the USA).
